Ordering: Orders are placed by phone or email. We accept payment by the following methods:

Debit/credit card: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Credit cards are subject to a 2% surcharge

Bank transfer: Please use your customer reference number or shop name as a reference when paying into our bank and then call or email us with a remittance.

Delivery Information: UK Deliveries are sent Monday to Friday on a 24hrs next working day service (UK Mainland). UK Pallet deliveries have a 24hr or 48hr option. Overseas deliveries can be collected or shipped via one of our transport partners. FDP will use their discretion when choosing the most suitable way to ship your goods, either by courier or pallet service.

Goods Insured in Transit: Providing deliveries are signed as ‘damaged’ or ‘unchecked’ and we are notified with 24hrs of receipt, goods are insured in transit and any damages will be replaced within 5 working days.

Delivery Charges: BOX RATE: £8 per 10Kilo + .30p per Kilo above (0-99k) PALLET RATE: 24 Hour: Full Pallet (1.2 x 1.2 x 2.4 high 1000kg) £60 per Pallet/48 Hour: Full Pallet (1.2 x 1.2 x 2.4 high 1000K) £50 per Pallet **Please enquire for rates of single shipments of multiple pallets.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Faulty Item Return: Please call or email to report any faulty items. All faulty products are dealt with in line with manufacturer’s warranty guidelines. Eligible items will be collected at our expense, and, where applicable, replacements shipped on your next order. If you require an immediate replacement, or would prefer to ship the items to us yourself, FDP will ship replacements, at our expense, by return. Please include company name and a description of fault with any item returned and notify us prior to sending. FDP reserve the right to charge for failed or secondary collection attempts, and any collections or deliveries of products returned with ‘No Fault Found’ or that fall outside of manufacturer’s warranty. FDP reserves the right to refuse receipt or impose a 20% restocking fee on items retuned as ‘not required’. We will under no circumstances accept the return of pre-used goods, liquid fertilisers or pest control products.
